At ZELONDO™, we value your trust and strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between ZELONDO™ and any purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) wishing to acquire products offered on the website www.zelondo.com (hereinafter “the Site”).

By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these T&Cs without reservation. ZELONDO™ reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.


Article 1 – Products

ZELONDO™ offers premium facial massage globes and related accessories. The essential characteristics of the products are detailed on the Site.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product without altering its main functionalities.


Article 2 – Prices

  • The prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping fees.
  • ZELONDO™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applicable will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
  • Any applicable customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 3 – Ordering

To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. Fill in their personal and delivery information.
  3. Accept these T&Cs.
  4. Proceed with secure payment using one of the proposed methods.

A confirmation email summarizing the order will be sent to the Customer after payment validation.


Article 4 – Payment

Payments are made online via secure systems. The accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal

All transactions are secured using SSL encryption to ensure confidentiality.


Article 5 – Delivery

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
  • Shipping timeline: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

In the event of a delay or temporary unavailability of a product, the Customer will be notified via email.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, the Customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must:

  1. Contact ZELONDO™ via email at Contact@zelondo.com.
  2. Return the products in their original condition, unused, and in their intact packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.


Article 7 – Warranty and Liability

  • ZELONDO™ guarantees that the products conform to the descriptions provided on the Site.
  • If a defect or anomaly is found upon delivery, the Customer must contact ZELONDO™ as soon as possible.

ZELONDO™ cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products.


Article 8 – Personal Data Protection

The personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for managing orders and maintaining customer relationships.

ZELONDO™ commits to not sharing your personal information with unauthorized third parties. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access, modify, or delete your personal data.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by US law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before taking legal action. If no agreement is reached, only the courts of Albuquerque will have jurisdiction.
